Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, you will partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
The role requires deep customer engagement to uncover root problems, translate them into product opportunities, and guide execution from discovery through delivery.
You will play a central role in shaping features that enhance testing, accessibility, and visual consistency across complex web applications.
This is a high-impact position where your work will be used by thousands of engineering teams at some of the world’s most recognizable digital products.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives that span multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution. You will define product direction, synthesize insights from users and internal stakeholders, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements that drive measurable impact.
- Own product vision and objectives across cross-functional engineering teams
- Define and manage end-to-end feature development from discovery through launch
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, analytics, and internal insights into product requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases
- Drive data-informed decision-making using product analytics and instrumentation
- Continuously refine product strategy based on usage patterns, performance metrics, and user feedback
- Ensure successful delivery of features that improve developer experience and platform reliability
- Communicate product updates clearly across distributed teams in an async-first environment
This role requires an experienced product manager with strong technical understanding and a proven ability to deliver SaaS products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You are comfortable working closely with engineers and understand how developer tools are built and used. You bring a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making and excel at turning ambiguity into clear product direction.
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS environments
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form in distributed teams
- Technical fluency sufficient to understand developer workflows and engineering constraints
- Proven experience managing products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and user data to guide decisions
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback and business goals into actionable product specs
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Growth mindset with ability to receive and act on feedback constructively
- Experience in developer tools or front-end ecosystems is a strong plus
- Prior experience as a software engineer or in UI/front-end development is a bonus
- Competitive salary range of USD $170,000 – $210,000 plus equity
