This is a highly visible role where your expertise directly impacts large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to financial services clients, helping define and shape multi-product solution strategies aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured solution opportunities and actionable technical recommendations.
  • Lead customer-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concept development focused on AI, data, and cloud architecture.
  • Design and present tailored demonstrations and prototypes showcasing connected, multi-persona digital experiences.
  • Develop technical points of view on AI architectures, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), real-time data pipelines, and hybrid human-AI systems.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives, product teams, and solution engineering peers to drive deal strategy and consensus among stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through build-versus-buy decisions and support alignment across technical and executive audiences.
  • Contribute to cross-functional solution development and share best practices across the broader technical community.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, consulting, software development, or other customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and modern web technologies.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in Financial Services or similar regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, capital markets) is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC/AML, SOX, FINRA, or SEC requirements is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in architecture, solution design, or enterprise software implementation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels.
  • Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and agentic systems.
  • Experience with customer-facing solution design, prototyping, or advisory roles in complex environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience, with strong total compensation potential including bonus, incentives, and equity.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits tailored to employee needs.
  • Retirement savings programs and financial wellbeing support.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Access to advanced learning programs and continuous professional development.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Inclusive and collaborative global work culture focused on innovation and impact.
  • Employee support programs including mental health resources and wellbeing tools.
