This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, consultative selling, and strategic innovation within complex financial services environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, helping organizations reimagine customer engagement and business performance through advanced cloud and AI-powered solutions. Operating across banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable multi-product architectures. The position requires strong collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape deal strategy and influence enterprise transformation. You will also lead technical discovery, workshops, and solution design sessions that bring innovative concepts to life. This is a highly visible role where your expertise directly impacts large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor to financial services clients, helping define and shape multi-product solution strategies aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured solution opportunities and actionable technical recommendations.
- Lead customer-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concept development focused on AI, data, and cloud architecture.
- Design and present tailored demonstrations and prototypes showcasing connected, multi-persona digital experiences.
- Develop technical points of view on AI architectures, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), real-time data pipelines, and hybrid human-AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with account executives, product teams, and solution engineering peers to drive deal strategy and consensus among stakeholders.
- Guide customers through build-versus-buy decisions and support alignment across technical and executive audiences.
- Contribute to cross-functional solution development and share best practices across the broader technical community.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, consulting, software development, or other customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and modern web technologies.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working in Financial Services or similar regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, capital markets) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC/AML, SOX, FINRA, or SEC requirements is an asset.
- Hands-on experience in architecture, solution design, or enterprise software implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels.
- Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and agentic systems.
- Experience with customer-facing solution design, prototyping, or advisory roles in complex environments.
