What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients and families
- Answer phones and help connect people with services
- Manage paperwork, forms, and program records
- Enter and maintain data accurately
- Support the Client Services team with daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, providers, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
✔ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
