- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, establishing clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop workforce plans, align hiring priorities with organizational goals, and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.
- Oversee recruiting operations across multiple business functions, ensuring resources and hiring strategies adapt to evolving business needs.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline performance, and hiring data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience, hiring quality, and time-to-fill while maintaining high operational standards.
- Promote best practices in recruiting, encourage innovation through responsible use of AI-enabled tools, and ensure strong human oversight throughout the hiring process.
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
- At least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
- Proven success partnering with senior executives on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting data and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience implementing scalable recruiting processes and continuously improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to improve recruiting workflows while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $201,365 to $236,900, depending on location and experience.
