Our fully-owned for-profit subsidiaries Tiempo Inc., La Causa Development, La Causa Construction, and La Causa Realty offer professional expertise in design and construction as well as management and sale of residential and commercial projects, including apartment investment advisement, property development, domestic and international project marketing, residential asset management, acquisition, sales, and leasing. Our real estate division also specializes in contracting with municipalities and funding sources via federal grants, LIHTC Affordable Housing, New Market Tax Credit projects, funding from HUD, EDA and other community capital, provide affordable housing alternatives to the communities they serve. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional leasing experience for prospective and current residents. You’ll manage rental inquiries, conduct property tours, explain amenities, and use company-approved sales techniques to maintain a minimum closing ratio of 70% or higher. Because apparently apartments don’t magically lease themselves through the power of positive thinking.
You will support the Community Manager with marketing initiatives, resident relations, leasing activities, rental records, and day-to-day operational tasks that help keep the property running efficiently. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service will directly contribute to occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
WHO YOU ARE?
You are outgoing, professional, organized, and customer-focused. You enjoy working with people and know how to create a welcoming experience while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. You can multitask, solve problems calmly, and adapt to a fast-moving environment without losing your mind over ringing phones and last-minute walk-ins.
Ideally, you are someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in maintaining high customer service standards while balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
