  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and assist with employee data audits, reporting, and record management.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support policy development and other HR initiatives.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key priorities.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in support of the CHRO and HR department.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR meetings, interviews, and departmental initiatives.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables for the CHRO and HR team.
  • Support the CHRO with special projects, reporting, meeting coordination, and operational activities that advance departmental and organizational priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Advanced administrative, organizational, and executive support skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, correspondence, and sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and colleagues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with HRIS platforms.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct progressive HR generalist experience required.
  • Prior experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support role, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership while also managing HR responsibilities preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and HR project management required.
  • Experience supporting HRIS administration, reporting, data integrity, and recruiting processes within ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Experience working in an association, nonprofit, or professional services environment preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
