Job Description
Position Summary:
Project Management:
- Lead the consortium project by coordinating activities, and timelines across all partner organizations to ensure project goals for the Healthy Start Initiative program are met.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all consortium partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Representing the consortium to community partners and other relevant parties, providing updates on project progress and advocating for the consortium's interests.
- Overseeing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data quality to assess project impact.
- Producing regular reports for community partners, including progress updates, and key findings from monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Fostering a collaborative environment among consortium partners, encouraging knowledge sharing, and identifying opportunities for synergy between different organizations.

- Awareness of community engagement strategies.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Capacity to provide clear and concise project updates.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking.
- Proficiency in ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Capacity to communicate complex information effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in healthcare.
- College graduates preferred with a good understanding of medical terminology.
Typical Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Requires the ability to be on the telephone and sit for long periods.
- Requires frequent walking to different clinics.
- The work will be performed in an office environment/clinical setting.
- Some bending and stretching are required.
