Position Summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Service Manager to join our growing team. This role provides administrative and service support to the Personal Lines team by ensuring policy transactions, client requests, and agency workflows are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

· Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

· Assist clients with billing questions, payments, policy servicing, and general account inquiries.

· Support the Personal Lines team by processing policy transactions, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and other account maintenance activities.

· Maintain accurate client and policy information within the agency management system.

· Verify policy documents and account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Coordinate the issuance of certificates, policy documents, and other client deliverables.

· Order policy change requests, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), loss runs, and other underwriting documentation as requested.

· Review endorsements and supporting documentation while escalating complex policy changes, premium-bearing transactions, and audits to Account Managers or Producers when appropriate.

· Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan and organize electronic documents, and maintain complete client files.

· Maintain accurate activity notes, suspense items, and workflow documentation within agency management systems.

· Utilize Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and other agency technology to support efficient daily operations.

· Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets to support team operations.

· Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service.

· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

· Previous insurance, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

· Personal Lines insurance experience is a plus.

· Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365; PowerPoint experience is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

· Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.

· Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the Personal Lines team.
