The Field Trips Coordinator will support the planning and coordination of educational experiences by managing communication, researching opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of student field trips. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Research and identify potential field trip venues, including companies, museums, and STEM-focused organizations.
- Contact potential partners to explore opportunities, availability, and logistics for student visits.
- Coordinate with curriculum teams to align field trips with educational goals and student needs.
- Prepare communications for teachers and school administrators regarding upcoming field trips, requirements, and documentation.
- Support administrative coordination, including paperwork, permissions, and required materials.
- Prepare requests for quotes and gather relevant information from external venues.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with organizational stakeholders to improve field trip opportunities.
- Respond to emails, share information, and provide ongoing communication support.
