Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This is a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead e-commerce marketing for a global platform serving both B2B and B2C audiences.
You will shape marketing strategy across multiple brands while maintaining clear positioning and differentiated customer experiences.
The role combines digital marketing, commerce optimization, analytics, and AI-powered personalization to drive measurable growth.
You will own campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, paid media, and emerging consumer engagement channels.
Working closely with Brand, Product, Sales, and eCommerce teams, you will connect marketing initiatives to business and revenue objectives.
As the platform expands across additional brands, you will help establish scalable strategies, processes, and experiences for continued growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in complex, multi-brand environments and embraces AI-enabled innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a global e-commerce platform supporting multiple brands and both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Lead targeted B2C marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media, influencer marketing, and other consumer-focused channels.
  • Optimize product landing pages, digital experiences, and customer journeys to increase engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Apply AI-powered personalization, automation, segmentation, and behavioral insights to deliver relevant experiences across audience groups.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, and eCommerce stakeholders to align marketing priorities and ensure consistent execution across brands.
  • Monitor campaign and commerce performance through advanced analytics, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously refine marketing tactics.
  • Maintain brand differentiation while creating cohesive customer experiences within a unified commerce platform.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging e-commerce and AI marketing trends, including loyalty programs, social commerce, influencer engagement, predictive analytics, and recommendation technologies.
  • Support the continued expansion of the platform by developing scalable marketing approaches that can accommodate additional brands and evolving customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of e-commerce marketing experience within the SaaS industry, including demonstrated experience developing campaigns for B2C audiences.
  • Proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, engagement, and revenue across both B2B and B2C digital environments.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, consumer engagement, and digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing tools, marketing automation, advanced segmentation, and personalization technologies.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-brand marketing strategies within a unified global commerce platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate business impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, product, sales, brand, and e-commerce teams.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce architectures and CMS-driven marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, recommendation systems, loyalty programs, social commerce, or influencer marketing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technology or B2B software marketing is preferred.
  • Advanced experience with AEO, PPC campaign management, and content marketing is a plus.
  • Experience integrating marketing initiatives with CRM, ERP, or CPQ platforms to optimize the end-to-end customer journey is desirable.
  • A forward-looking mindset and genuine interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance.
