  • Develop engagement-focused systems such as referral mechanisms, social sharing flows, engagement loops, social graphs, and real-time interactions.
  • Own features end-to-end, including architecture decisions, data modeling, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and deliver production features across mobile and web platforms, adapting between technologies based on business needs.
  • Define analytics instrumentation and use customer data to measure performance, optimize experiences, and guide iteration.
  • Partner closely with product, design, and executive stakeholders to translate concepts into impactful solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong engineering standards while contributing to technical decisions that shape the future of the platform.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and enhance engineering workflows.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and responsibility for outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with experience building scalable consumer products, strong full-stack capabilities, and a passion for creating technology that drives meaningful user engagement.

  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing products, especially those involving social features, engagement systems, referrals, notifications, feeds, or real-time interactions.
  • Strong full-stack engineering experience with the ability to own features across backend, frontend, and client applications.
  • Experience designing data models, APIs, production systems, and customer-facing experiences from initial concept to launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship products across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, or Web environments.
  • Experience working with technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, TypeScript, Dart, Python, or similar modern development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, and production reliability.
  • Experience using analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to improve product outcomes.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and driving projects from idea to completion.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to integrate them effectively into development workflows.
  • A track record of building side projects, open-source contributions, games, or other self-driven technical initiatives is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation range of approximately $174,800–$205,700 per year, plus potential variable compensation.
  • Equity opportunities and additional discretionary bonus programs may be available depending on role and eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and wellness-related programs.
  • 401(k) eligibility and retirement savings support.
  • Paid time off benefits, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
  • Opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a highly skilled, product-focused engineering team.
  • Significant ownership and impact within a growing technology organization.
  • Opportunity to build products used by millions of customers and contribute to meaningful financial wellness solutions.
  • Access to modern engineering practices and AI-enabled development tools.
