This role is designed for an experienced enablement leader who can transform customer experience goals into scalable strategies, tools, and operating models.
You will help strengthen the effectiveness of customer-facing teams by translating insights, feedback, and business priorities into actionable enablement programs.
The position combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, balancing roadmap ownership with the modernization of enablement systems and processes.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer conversations, retention, growth opportunities, and overall team performance.

Accountabilities:

The Customer Experience Enablement Senior Manager will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of enablement initiatives that improve customer-facing effectiveness. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure teams have the resources, frameworks, and systems needed to succeed.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive enablement roadmap aligned with customer experience objectives, business priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate customer insights, field feedback, and team challenges into impactful enablement strategies, resources, communication frameworks, and guidance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience leaders to identify high-impact opportunities that improve customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Create strategic content, frameworks, and tools that enable customer-facing teams to communicate value consistently throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Establish clear priorities by identifying which initiatives should be accelerated, automated, simplified, or transitioned to scalable solutions.
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs and continuously improve initiatives based on usage data, feedback, and business performance.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, automation opportunities, and scalable systems that reduce manual effort and increase team efficiency.
  • Improve knowledge management, resource accessibility, communication channels, and self-service capabilities to support a high-performing customer organization.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams and influence stakeholders to align on priorities, processes, and customer-focused outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic enablement professional with strong experience supporting customer-facing teams in complex, fast-moving environments. They combine business acumen, communication skills, operational expertise, and a passion for creating scalable solutions.

  • 6–8+ years of experience in customer success enablement, revenue enablement, customer operations, or a related field, with significant experience focused on enablement strategy.
  • Proven ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into clear priorities, scalable solutions, and actionable enablement programs.
  • Experience creating enablement roadmaps, resources, frameworks, and processes that improve field effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data, feedback, and business context to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams working across multiple products, customer segments, or engagement models.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and systems-thinking approaches to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in health technology, digital health, healthcare services, or related industries is a plus.
