This is a high-impact program leadership role focused on advancing major obesity-related lifecycle initiatives and expanding patient impact. You will serve as a central integrator across Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Patient Impact Expansion (PIE), and future obesity franchise opportunities. The role connects global strategy with operational execution across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, market access, and operations functions. You will shape integrated plans, drive critical milestones, and enable fast, data-driven decisions across a complex global portfolio. Working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, you will anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and influence priorities without relying on direct authority. • Lead enterprise portfolio integration across the cross-functional execution of OSA and PIE initiatives, ensuring alignment across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, market access, and operations teams.
• Develop and operationalize integrated program plans, critical timelines, milestones, and accountability mechanisms to maintain visibility and execution discipline.
• Drive execution excellence across interconnected global programs by identifying risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and trade-offs and enabling timely, decision-ready outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring strong alignment between global strategy, business priorities, operational execution, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as a central integrator for cross-functional alignment and decision-making, promoting clarity, speed, prioritization, and coordinated execution across stakeholders and geographies.
• Own integrated program governance processes, including strategic recommendations, options assessments, and decision-enablement materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Influence prioritization of activities and resources toward the highest-value opportunities and broader portfolio objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-level risks, dependencies, competitive developments, and operational challenges.
• Lead cross-functional planning processes and strengthen connections between portfolio strategy, business priorities, and day-to-day execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-program learning to increase team effectiveness, agility, and speed to patient impact.
• Foster collaboration across global functions and geographies to ensure efficient execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Anticipate emerging strategic opportunities and provide senior leadership with actionable recommendations regarding priorities, risks, and execution strategies.

• Doctorate degree plus 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management; or a Master’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs through major development and commercialization milestones.
• Strong background in strategic execution, operational leadership, commercialization, and program or project management within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using structured analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse, senior, and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and experience preparing materials and recommendations for senior leadership and governance decision-making forums.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategic issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities, including the ability to identify dependencies, trade-offs, and emerging challenges before they affect delivery.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with a leading management consulting firm is highly preferred, particularly experience addressing complex business challenges and developing strategic recommendations.
• A continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to enhance execution effectiveness, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Base salary range of $179,965.40–$243,482.60 USD annually, with actual compensation determined by factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
