Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Greenwich, CT.

Pay rates for LPN: $40.00/HR
Pay rates for RN:$55.00/HR

Available Shifts:

• Days

• Flexible 8 or 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
