This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, creator operations, and social commerce growth, with a strong focus on building and scaling creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, product seeding, and sampling programs that drive both brand awareness and sales performance.
The position plays a key role in strengthening the creator ecosystem by coordinating relationships across micro, mid-tier, and large influencers.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, social, and sales teams to support campaign execution and influencer-led growth initiatives.
This is a highly operational and relationship-driven role requiring strong organization, communication, and execution skills.
The environment is fast-paced, trend-driven, and focused on continuous testing and optimization within the creator economy.
- Identify, recruit, and manage creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other social commerce platforms aligned with brand audiences.
- Oversee inbound creator requests and maintain an organized pipeline of influencer relationships across multiple tiers.
- Coordinate TikTok creator programs, including sampling, seeding, outreach, and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Manage product sampling and logistics, ensuring timely shipment and fulfillment of creator requests globally.
- Support paid and organic influencer campaigns across retail and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Assist in building and managing creator communities, including onboarding, engagement, and sentiment tracking.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and sales impact, and report insights to marketing teams.
- Support influencer participation in events, trade shows, and brand activations, including logistics and coordination.
- Maintain internal systems for affiliate tracking, creator codes, and performance reporting.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce trends.
- Experience managing product sampling, influencer gifting, or creator seeding programs.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in managing creator relationships.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer tracking, and performance reporting tools.
- Execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and operational workflows efficiently.
- Strong interest in creator culture, social media trends, and digital marketing growth strategies.
