The Corporate Services Manager serves as the central point of coordination for Springwood Hospitality, connecting departments, organizing information, tracking organizational priorities, and ensuring strategic initiatives continue moving forward.
Rather than owning the work of Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, or other functional departments, this position helps those teams remain aligned by coordinating processes, tracking commitments, facilitating communication, consolidating information, and following up on key initiatives.
The Corporate Services Manager enables executive leadership to spend less time managing administrative details and organizational follow-up and more time coaching leaders, serving owners, strengthening culture, and driving strategic growth.

Primary ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Leadership Support- Partner with the Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer by ensuring executive priorities remain organized and moving forward.
- Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and attend executive meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate leadership meeting logistics and documentation.
- Track action items resulting from executive and leadership meetings.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive summaries highlighting outstanding priorities, red flags, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Coordinate executive follow-up on organizational priorities.
Serve as the central coordinator across Springwood's corporate departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Track organizational initiatives across Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Development, and Corporate Support.
- Monitor agreed-upon deadlines and project milestones.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Identify overdue commitments and facilitate follow-up.
- Escalate unresolved issues to executive leadership when appropriate.
- Help ensure projects continue moving forward across multiple departments.
Maintain visibility into company priorities without assuming ownership of departmental execution.

Corporate Office AdministrationServe as the primary coordinator for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Springwood corporate office, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate office vendors and service providers.
- Order and maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies.
- Manage copier, printer, postage, and office equipment needs.
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and repairs.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and shipping.
- Coordinate office keys, access, and workspace assignments as needed.
- Ensure shared office spaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas remain organized and presentation-ready.
- Coordinate office recycling, trash removal, shredding services, and document destruction.
- Maintain office inventory and recommend improvements to support an efficient workplace.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, including workstation setup, office supplies, and welcome materials.
- Support corporate office safety, emergency contact information, and business continuity resources.
Partner with Human Resources by coordinating administrative processes surrounding employee lifecycle activities.

Coordinate logistics, materials, vendors, registration, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
Property Partnership & Organizational SupportMaintain visibility throughout the portfolio by periodically visiting managed hotels to strengthen relationships, support company initiatives, and reinforce Springwood's culture.
Property visits may include:
- Welcoming newly hired or promoted General Managers and Assistant General Managers.
- Supporting implementation of company initiatives.
- Following up on previously identified action items.
- Gathering feedback from hotel leaders.
- Sharing best practices between properties.
- Identifying organizational barriers requiring corporate support.
Property visits are intended to build relationships, reinforce communication, and provide organizational support.
They are not operational audits or performance evaluations.
Process ImprovementContinually evaluate company processes to improve organizational efficiency and communication.
Responsibilities include:

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of hospitality, business operations, project management, or executive support experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel throughout the Springwood portfolio as needed.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or company events.
