Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine’s speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Knoxville, Tennessee facility.

Non-Conformance Support: Support the resolution of non-conformances (NCs) and manage technical issue tickets. Coordinate with engineers to provide clear recommendations and guidance on how to return hardware to design specifications.

Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve production issues, including machine malfunctions, process inconsistencies, or hardware defects, to maintain a smooth production flow.

Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process improvements and lean techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce production errors across the facility.

Collaborative Liaison: Partner with manufacturing engineers, quality control specialists, and production operators to address technical hurdles and ensure successful project execution.

Validation & Documentation: Assist the Engineering team by capturing data and providing feedback on new processes, tooling, and additive manufacturing workflows, ensuring that shop-floor realities are reflected in engineering documentation.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the manufacturing or assembly process and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on deadlines.
