Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is integral in ensuring efficiency, quality control, and safety in the warehouse/shipping department. This position can require late hours and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Making sure supervisors are guiding the staff and all tasks needed are being completed accurately and on time.
• Create training documents to train new employees and coach current employees.
• Update freezer trailer spreadsheets to track locations and maintenance requirements.
• Daily Ice Cream Inventory Count or Spot Checks, entered into a Google Sheet.
• Work with the freight team to ensure trailers being shipped out are up to date on all maintenance before going on the road.
• Being on call for any issues that could arise with walkin-in freezers, overnights and weekends.
• Step in and assist team members during short-staffed shifts to maintain productivity.
• Enter daily deliveries into SAP database.

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
• Punctual and reliable.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• At least two years of management experience?
• At least five years of warehouse experience?

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift Experience
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and SAP Business One, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus
