Keystone Dental Partners (KDP) is seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Specialty Treatment Coordinator to support patients through every stage of specialty dental treatment. This role serves as a vital connection between patients, providers, referring offices, and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling, financial coordination, and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient treatment, scheduling, and follow-up care
- Present treatment plans and financial options
- Assist with insurance verification and documentation
- Manage specialty schedules and patient case progression
- Collaborate with providers and support teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate records and compliance standards

Requirements: Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dental software systems and general computer applications
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between practice locations as needed
- Post-secondary education
- Previous specialty dental or treatment coordination experience
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform standard office and administrative duties
- Prolonged computer use throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting of office materials
