This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in the United States.

As Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead a high-impact growth channel spanning affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, PR, and brand collaborations.
You’ll build authentic relationships with creators, UGC partners, agencies, and complementary brands to expand reach and drive measurable revenue.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across campaigns, events, activations, gifting, and partnership programs.
You’ll own the affiliate ecosystem outside of TikTok Shop while identifying new opportunities across the evolving social commerce landscape.
Your work will directly influence brand visibility, audience growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
You’ll operate in a highly entrepreneurial, creative environment where initiative, relationship-building, and strong execution are valued.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited to a partnership-minded marketer who enjoys turning ideas and relationships into tangible business results.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale the affiliate program outside of TikTok Shop, identifying high-potential creators and partners and developing long-term relationships that drive measurable revenue.
  • Build, manage, and grow the UGC creator program, maintaining a consistent pipeline of authentic, high-performing content.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, helping shape strategies, identify media opportunities, and maximize relevant brand coverage.
  • Develop and execute campaigns around product launches, founder stories, collaborations, seasonal moments, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute brand collaborations that introduce products to new audiences and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Plan and coordinate pop-ups, launch events, influencer events, community experiences, and other experiential activations from concept through execution.
  • Manage celebrity, stylist, and VIP gifting programs while developing relationships that increase visibility and brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze the performance of PR, affiliate, creator, and partnership initiatives, using data and insights to optimize results.
  • Monitor trends across fashion, social media, creators, media, and partnerships to identify emerging growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong project management, communication, and execution standards.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, experiential marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related brand-growth discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing external relationships, agencies, creators, or cross-functional partners.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate programs, creator marketing, UGC, social commerce, and partnership-driven growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Creative thinker who can develop compelling partnership concepts while maintaining a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for fashion, social media, community building, creators, and memorable brand experiences.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and willing to take ownership from strategy through execution.
  • Curious, adaptable, proactive, and motivated by opportunities to experiment, learn, and grow.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $100,000–$120,000 USD.
  • Fully remote work environment across North America.
  • 15 days of paid vacation.
  • Health benefits coverage.
  • $250 annual period and menstrual wellness budget.
  • $1,000 annual product allowance.
  • $400 home office setup allowance.
  • Potential domestic and international travel for team gatherings, special events, and in-person collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, PR, experiential marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful ownership.
