Reagan Securities, Inc. (“Reagan”) is a partner-owned investment banking firm based in Atlanta, GA. Reagan primarily focuses on the insurance distribution industry, providing M&A advisory and consulting services to hundreds of the insurance distribution system's strongest firms, including over two-thirds of the top 100 agents and brokers in the U.S.
Reagan has advised on approximately 150 transactions in the last five years with an aggregate deal value of ~$14.0 billion. Simply put, Reagan is the leading advisor on the industry’s premier and most complex transactions, giving the firm unique insight into various deal structures and terms.
Reagan is currently seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. With approximately 30 transactions annually, Senior Analysts contribute to live deals from origination through close, working on lean deal teams with direct, hands-on exposure to Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and Partners. Senior Analysts provide support for the following:
- Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory
- Sell-side Advisory
- Buy-side Advisory
- Succession Planning
- Debt and Equity Capital Raises
- Mergers
- Business Valuations & Cash Flow Modeling
Qualifications:
- Investment banking experience. 1.5–2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst, ideally within an M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance group.
- Bachelor's degree. An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills. Comfort building and manipulating complex financial models and spreadsheets, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills. An ability to analyze complex business and operational issues to arrive at effective resolutions is critical to our work.
- Effective communication skills. Analysts must communicate clearly in both written form and client conversations, and engage constructively in debate.
- A strong work ethic. The desire to remain at the top of our industry drives our team to work hard.
