Why Redpath?

At Redpath, you’ll be valued for who you are and supported in where you’re going. We’ve created a culture rooted in trust, teamwork, and genuine relationships, where caring is at the core of how we treat each other and our clients. You’ll do meaningful work here with people who bring a positive, solution-focused mindset to every challenge. Our team is proactive in all we do, taking initiative, clearing roadblocks, and staying ahead for our clients and each other. Here, your voice matters, your growth is a priority, and your work drives real impact. We’re driven to improve, grow, and deliver excellence together, personally and professionally. This isn’t just a job. It’s a place to build a career and a community.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Administration

  • Configure, maintain, and administer the firm's core ERP platform (Deltek Maconomy) and monitor performance and reliability across environments.
  • Assist with planning and execution of releases, upgrades, and environment refreshes; perform smoke testing and coordinate cutovers with vendor support and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, licensing, and organizational standards.

Escalation End-User Support

  • Provide escalation support for end users, troubleshooting and resolving issues across a variety of business applications, including the firm's ERP platform.
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles and quick-start guides; deliver training on system functionality and best practices to support end users and facilitate ongoing learning.

Security & Access Administration

  • Administer user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning) and access controls using user types, groups, and permissions to align with user roles.
  • Manage single sign-on (SSO) to maintain authentication, federation, and role mapping.

Integrations & Future Applications

  • Play a pivotal role in operating and enhancing integrations between the ERP platform and connected tools; as business needs evolve, help shape how syncs are monitored, failures are resolved, and data quality is improved — offering significant opportunity for growth as our integration landscape develops.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of new applications that integrate with the core ERP.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Oversee secure imports/exports; maintain data integrity for financial and operational reporting; assist with custom layouts and dashboards as needed.

What you need to be successful:

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on ERP administration experience — configuring, securing, and maintaining a mid-market or enterprise ERP or professional services automation (PSA) platform (not solely end-user experience). Examples include but are not limited to: Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision, Maconomy, BST Global, Unit4, Certinia/FinancialForce, Unanet, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O/Business Central, SAP, or Workday.
  • Demonstrated experience managing user security and access: user provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, groups, and permission structures.
  • Experience with system integrations (file-based, ODBC and/or API), data mapping, and identity/SSO concepts.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset; proven experience supporting all levels of end users and resolving support tickets. Part of this role will be working all ERP (Maconomy) Help Desk tickets via our ticketing portal.
  • Experience supporting release or upgrade cycles, including testing and cutover coordination. Jira experience is a plus.

Preferred

  • Direct experience with Deltek Maconomy administration, or administration of another Deltek product.
  • Experience in a project-based industry or vertical — e.g., public accounting, architecture/engineering/construction, consulting, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with core professional services finance processes: AR/AP/GL, project accounting, work-in-progress (WIP), and time & expense.
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
