2. Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour
3. 12-Hour Day Shifts

Position Summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking reliable, hardworking, and punctual individuals to join our team as a Janitor / Facility Cleaner. This position is responsible for performing daily cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the manufacturing facility and outside warehouse areas to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spaces.
2. Clean and maintain outside warehouse areas, walkways, and entrances.
3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
4. Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
5. Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
6. Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.
7. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

1. Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
5. Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
6. Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required).
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule

Rotation: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

Day Shifts

A Shift & C Shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
