  • Practical experience analyzing risk and fraud cases and making decisions involving approval, rejection, or escalation.
  • Experience working in high-volume operational environments with defined SLAs, such as customer-service queues, back-office operations, or case-analysis teams.
  • Previous experience in fintechs, digital banks, payment companies, or related financial-services environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with chargeback/dispute processes and identity-validation procedures such as KYC and facial biometrics is desirable.
  • Knowledge of payment-industry regulations, including Central Bank requirements and card-network rules, is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools such as Metabase are desirable.
  • Certifications in Compliance, AML/KYC, or Fraud Prevention, such as CFE or equivalent, are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and investigative thinking, with the ability to identify risk patterns and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent organization and self-management skills, particularly when handling high-volume workloads and competing priorities.
  • Clear and assertive communication skills for explaining diagnoses, guiding stakeholders, and aligning solutions.
  • Critical thinking, autonomy, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
