Inventory Coordinator in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join our Home Medical Equipment Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: Mon -Fri, 8:30a.m -5:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: Home Medical Equipment proudly serves 8 counties in southwest Missouri. Our services include respiratory( oxygen, c-pap equip and all supplies needed), mobility services including( walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters), bath aids, crutches, compression hosiery, and lift chairs. HME also has a mastectomy dept. We work directly with patients and their providers to properly bill for equipment. We also provide delivery and set up of equipment as well as education of equipment. While we have many dept’s within HME, we all work together to strive to exceed the expectation of each patient.

As an Inventory Coordinator you will be:

• Coordinating supply organization and flow

• Implementing and maintaining a monitoring process for expiration of products or supplies

• Assisting Director with production of inventory utilization reports

• Overseeing the HME satellite location operations

Qualifications:

Education:High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Inventory control or experience with inventory level management

Skills: Computer, Customer Service

Licensure/Certification:Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical: The ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
