Director of Clinic Services at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital – Warsaw, Missouri

Directs clerical, ancillary, clinical, and environmental service staff by creating a healthy positive working environment among staff. Promote teamwork. Manage, educate, and train staff as needed. Enforce the Behaviors of Excellence standards and AIDET among staff. Investigate and address customer, provider, and staff related issues or concerns. Implement new policies and procedures as needed. Monitor workflow process and procedures. Maintain required manuals for the ancillary department as required by COLA. Maintain required documentation as required for Rural Health and Joint Commission. Maintain required documentation and reports as needed for all departments as well as many other daily responsibilities as required by administrator.

Required:
Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience
Customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Microsoft applications experience
Effective communication skills with providers, staff, and patients/families

Desired:
Clinical management experience
Rural Health clinic experience
Minimum education is high school diploma
