Job Description:
As part of our continued focus on growth, process integration, and service, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help build and strengthen our structure in the United States.
This role is focused on developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and working directly with customers to understand and address service concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with business clients by phone, video, and in person to understand service concerns and identify solutions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction
- Conduct onsite visits and represent the company in a professional manner that supports client confidence
- Present information clearly and in an organized way that helps clients feel heard and understood
- Use effective communication techniques, including tone and clarity, to support productive conversations and outcomes
- Make outbound calls to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Create, maintain, and restore customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity using company systems
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales, account management, or customer-facing role
- Experience with ground, air, and ocean freight preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across phone, written, and in-person interactions
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business clients
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs and respond with appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM and sales platforms (such as Datamyne, ZoomInfo, Zoho, or similar systems)
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, including topics outside of prior experience
