Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking a Medical Director to lead our team at TidalHealth Surgery Center in Salisbury, MD.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation $525K annually
• PTO - 9 weeks
• CME - 1 week
• Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice
• 401(k) |
• Relocation assistance/allowance available up to *$10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates

Site Profile:

• 2 rooms
• Hours 7 am to 3 pm
• Monday - Friday, no nights, weekends, or call
• Approximately 5-8 cases per day
• Case Mix: T&A, cataracts, face/body cosmetics, uterine surgery, ENT, and healthy pediatrics
• ACT Model

Qualifications:

• Active MD license
• Board Certification
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
• Leadership experience preferred
