Field Operations Coordinator at SST Direct – Rosendale, Wisconsin

We are seeking a Construction Field Operations Coordinator to work in Rosendale, WI with a growing industrial concrete construction company specializing in large concrete tanks, digesters, waste storage structures, lagoons, and other agricultural infrastructure projects across the Midwest and United States.
Position Overview:
The Construction Field Operations Coordinator will support jobsite operations and ensure projects run efficiently. This role serves as the bridge between the office team and field crews, focusing on project coordination, production tracking, quality control, and jobsite logistics.
Typical salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 am-4 pm
Travel: Frequent travel between job sites and work closely with foremen and the office team to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Must be willing to travel - most sites within an hour or two of Rosendale, WI with occasional travel out of state
Key Responsibilities for Field Operations Coordinator:

• Production Data Collection such as labor hours, rebars used, concrete poured
• Daily job site reporting such as safety issues, work completed, weather conditions
• Jobsite coordination such as material and equipment deliveries
• Logistics planning and Quality control
• Time tracking and payroll support
• Assist with project close out such as punch list completion

Preferred Experience for Field Operations Coordinator:

• Construction field experience
• Concrete construction or heavy construction experience
• Foreman or field supervisor experience
• Understanding of construction drawings and plans
