Warehouse Associate at Green Mountain Messenger Service – Lebanon, New Hampshire

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and fleet. This position involves various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, as well as coordinating the Fleet Maintenance for our local fleet. If you have experience with warehouse management systems and are familiar with equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, we encourage you to apply. The role is M-F with variable hours. The breakdown is 80% warehouse work, with 20% driving. Will need to get a DOT Med Card

Duties

• Receive and Pull / Ship Critical Parts
• Coordinate with vendor requests for parts shipping
• Weekly Inventory counts as requested by clients
• Warehouse storage and inventory management
• Review Fleet Vehicle Maintenance needs
• Coordinate Vehicle service
• Move fleet vehicles between service locations as needed
• Update maintenance records in Fleet Management software system
• Use pallet jack and scissor lifts to move products around the warehouse
• Housekeeping, keeping area clean and neat.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 75lbs) and standing for long periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes within a distribution center environment is advantageous.
