Custodian - Advanced Veterinary Specialists

About the job: Your duties will include:
- Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly.
- Perform minor building and equipment repair work.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
- Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors.
- Vacuum rugs and carpets.
- Clean, dust, and polish furniture.
- Empty waste receptacles.
- Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures.
- Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Any other duties assigned by your manager.
Compensation range: $18 - $21/hr
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Online ordering platforms (Such as Staples, Amazon, etc)
- Ability to operate, care and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work.
- Ability to complete minor facility repairs.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to use and operate a computer
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time- 40 hours per week
- 5/8 Schedule
- Flexible availability needed for scheduling 5 days a week, with nights and weekends included
