Position Title: Business Development Coordinator

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager or Director of Sales

Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator supports the company’s growth initiatives by identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with dealers and agencies, assisting with marketing initiatives, and coordinating business development activities. This role helps expand market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers, dealers, and government or commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Track sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports related to business development performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales support or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
Physical Requirements
  • Office environment with occasional travel for events or customer visits.
