We're not just looking for anyone to work at the Lucky Bastard…. We're looking for a fun-loving, outgoing, & energetic team that has a passion for their work.
Lucky Bastard Saloon line cooks should have experience working with a diverse menu in a high-volume kitchen . Our Heart of the House culinary team must have a passion for preparing outstanding, quality food with a flare for plate presentation! Our other “Heart of the House” support team members are key to our success!
Applicants should have a strong knowledge of food safety, be high-energy, enthusiastic individuals who have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous cooking experience is highly preferred. Line cooks must have current food certification that meets state requirements.
