Key Accountabilities 1) Be the “Go-To Guide.” Train and provide ongoing guidance to Operations Coordinators and/or Business Office Directors, depending on your specialty focus. 2) Be an “Accountable Accountant” or an “HR Guru” depending on your specialty focus. Whether helping Operations Coordinators manage resident occupancy, ensure accurate resident billing, or correctly apply payments and credits to resident accounts, it is your responsibility to review and audit work to ensure comprehension and compliance. When helping Human Resources, you will be an expert on Arrow’s HR practices, providing education and guidance in HR matters. 3) Be a “Scenery Strategist.” Oversee projects and tasks assigned from the Arrow Senior Living Regional Operations team to community staff as requested and follow up regularly to check timeliness and accuracy of completion. 4.) Be an “Engaging Expert,” by creating Arrow alignment at the property level in projects and efforts related to creating a great place to work and live. Requirements
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in person and through written correspondence. This position is sedentary, requiring sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day in an indoor, office setting. The position also requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for brief periods of a time. Employee may need to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. | |||
