ProBind Operator / Trainee – Second Shift

Support bindery production operations by operating and learning ProBind equipment while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

• Operate and monitor ProBind equipment according to production schedules.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and downtime records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate production or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Assist team members with workflow and production demands.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions.

• Prior bindery or print industry experience.
• Experience operating automated production machinery.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Forklift certification or warehouse support experience.

Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday | Second Shift 4:00pm-12:30am| Overtime as needed
