Registration Supervisor at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital – Clinton, Missouri

Job Description:
The Registration Supervisor will work with the Registration Director to oversee the daily operations of the registration department. This role involves training personnel, keeping training materials up-to-date, and monitoring the completeness of registration data verification. The Registration Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring both patient and staff's needs are addressed timely and appropriately. This role will be required to work a set number of hours monthly in each location within the registration department. The Registration Supervisor may need to work evening, nights, or weekends, as per training or as fill-in requires. Other duties will be assigned as needed. Responsibilities include Data Verification, Quality Assurance Reporting, Training and Development, Team Supervision, and Compliance.

Education/Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Relevant HFMA certification or similar certification preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare registration, billing, or quality assurance.
Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
