We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Assist in inventory management and food storage practices

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Participate in menu planning and development as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role

- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
