Multi-Housing Depot (MHD) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Machine Operator I to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting materials to precise specifications to support our manufacturing and installation operations.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, following processes, and being part of a team that keeps production moving efficiently.

• Set up and operate saw machines to cut materials such as wood, laminate, and panels
• Read and follow work orders and cut lists to ensure accurate production
• Measure and verify materials before and after cutting
• Load, position, and secure materials safely on equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Stage and organize materials for the next phase of production
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (fractions and measurements)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
• Experience operating saw equipment or similar machinery

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs
