Location: 374 West Street, Uxbridge, MA
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active and build a skillset?
We’re hiring a Lumber Picker to join our production team. You’ll go through a structured 30-day training program with a mentor, learning how to pull materials, support production, and operate equipment safely.
This is a physical, fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping production moving across the plant.
If you like working with your hands and being part of a team, this is a strong opportunity to get started and grow.
What You’ll Do
• Pull and stage lumber based on production needs and cut lists
• Read and follow basic work orders and material lists
• Load, move, and organize materials across the plant
• Operate forklifts and equipment (training provided if needed)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Work with your team to keep production running efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift experience, especially with lumber or building materials
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment
• Basic understanding of measurements and material handling
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
