About the Role:

The Logistics and Shipping Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of durable goods from manufacturing facilities to customers and distribution centers. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping schedules, inventory management, and transportation coordination. The role requires close collaboration with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain processes and meet delivery commitments. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing shipping operations and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, shipping documentation, and inventory control.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience with durable goods manufacturing logistics and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
