About This Position
Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) was formed by private equity firm CrossHarbor Capital Partners to manage the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sales of premier resort communities in and around Big Sky, Montana. In addition to real estate and construction, we support world-class operations at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Basin while overseeing the transformation of Town Center and more.
Lone Mountain Land Company
Purpose: The purpose of the Travel Concierge is to assist Members at Yellowstone Club, Crazy Mountain Ranch, Moonlight Basin and Spanish Peaks with their air travel needs. To accomplish this, tasks include daily monitoring of the Lone Mountain Travel inbox; controlling all travel details for flights (East Coast Air Shuttle, charter flights, helicopter flights); providing air travel quotes when needed; become familiar with billing and technology specifically for Lone Mountain Travel services; organizing back office operations; occasional travel as needed for work events/flights; and communicating well with all necessary parties to ensure every flight is flawlessly executed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that each member and guest receive outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components Montana Hospitality. This will include taking initiative in the role of learning as much as possible about the department, travel services, and company.
- Organize and manage the back office and inbox to ensure communications are answered in a timely manner, and all messages are answered within 24 hours. Back-office responsibilities will include updating spreadsheets, coding invoices, submitting credit card reports, and working with Accounting on how to handle the billing of Member flights, ensuring files are in the correct location and accessible by applicable parties.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Extended hours may be required during peak seasons.
- Become knowledgeable of the travel platform being utilized in daily operations to become capable assisting Members with troubleshooting
- Feel empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction and suggest ways to improve operations.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Use technology to support operations, including running data reports; prior knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Oversee and fulfill travel requests for members.
- Coordinate ground transportation needs when necessary, if connected to air travel.
- Support ground logistics through Valet and Concierge on arrivals/departures as needed.
- Uphold Lone Mountain Travel’s standards of quality, service, and culture in all tasks. Take pride in representing Lone Mountain Travel professionally with our members, guests, prospects, vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace; participate in basic upkeep.
- Keep detailed records of member preferences to personalize future experiences.
- Assist with mail, package receiving, and message delivery as needed.
- Be open to occasional travel to member destinations such as Boston, New York, and others.
- Meet expectations for productivity, organization, punctuality, and consistency.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of our members at all times.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for members, guests, and staff. In the event of an emergency, seek help immediately and notify management.

Experience/Education Required
Associate degree or equivalent course work.
Experience/Education Preferred
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Aviation, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; proficiency in billing (Total E Integrated preferred) and/or SalesForce. 3+ years of experience in Hospitality and/or Aviation preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid State Driver’s License.
Computer Skills
Advanced keyboarding skills; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; SalesForce familiarity preferred.
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Lone Mountain Travel contacts. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.
