Responsibilities:
- Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus
- Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Strong customer service
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements
- Resourcefulness in finding alternative solutions for clients
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds
- Understanding of travel regulations, visa requirements, and other legal aspects related to international and domestic travel
- Ability to work well on your own and motivation to meet goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the travel industry, such as new technology, regulations, or trends
- Included in your training once offer is accepted
- Must have a computer, tablet or mobile device
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be Proficient in English, Bilingual a Plus
