The Field Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining the training and development of SES colleagues across Currys stores. This role ensures SES colleagues are fully equipped to execute the supplier sales programs, provide an outstanding customer experience, and achieve sales and compliance objectives. The Field Trainer acts as a bridge between suppliers, Currys, and SES colleagues, providing in-store coaching, facilitating training events, and supporting program implementation.
