First Federal Savings is looking for a Full-Time Teller to join our team at our Front Street location in Bath.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and comfortable working directly with customers in a busy branch environment. Teller experience is a plus, but just as important is someone who is accurate, willing to learn, and enjoys being part of a team.

This is a full-time position, and Saturday availability is required as scheduled.

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers at our Front Street branch.
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments while following established procedures and controls.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals accurately.
• Assist customers with account needs, including new accounts and account maintenance.
• Process money orders, treasurer checks, stop payments, and other teller functions.
• Assist with vault responsibilities, including receiving and disbursing cash, balancing, and supporting cash and ATM orders as needed.
• Recognize customer needs and make appropriate referrals to other members of the Bank team.
• Assist teammates during high-volume periods and other branch needs.
• Follow Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and established operational controls.
• Help create a welcoming, helpful experience for customers and coworkers.

• Previous teller, banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn Bank products, services, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Availability to work Saturdays as scheduled.
