Schedule: Full-time seasonal schedule, requiring some Saturdays

Expected Activity: 150–200 calls per day

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to drive revenue through outbound calling efforts across multiple sales channels. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are competitive, resilient, and motivated by earning potential.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers

• Identifying customer needs and presenting service solutions

• Generating sales across multiple revenue channels

• Handling objections and closing deals consistently

• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets
  
  

This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with high call volume and thrive in a results-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

• Pest control sales experience
  Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience, especially in pest control

• High-volume outbound or inside sales experience
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable making 150+ calls per day

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

• Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
