(J-U-B) is “Helping Each Other Create Better Communities.” We foster a teamwork environment to solve problems that improve society while providing employees growth opportunities. • Perform closures, dimension verification, surface checks, point coding reviews, drafting reviews, staking calculation checks, and other quality-control tasks.
• Identify technical issues, communicate them promptly, and help develop practical solutions in coordination with the Professional Land Surveyor(s) responsible for the work.
• Help organize workload, support project schedules, and coordinate deliverable needs across multiple active projects.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced survey technicians and field personnel.
• Collaborate with in-house engineers, project managers, field personnel, and survey professionals across J-U-B offices.
• Assist with field work when project needs require, including survey data collection, monument recovery, construction staking, field verification, and crew support.
