We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Leak Survey Support Representative based in Maumelle, Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY

Manages Leak Survey data in support of Leak Survey department to complete scheduled survey compliance work and unscheduled survey work. Creates productivity and status reports. Performs administrative and clerical duties.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with extracting and compiling leak survey work schedule from SAP. Monitors Leak Survey schedule throughout the year and communicate updates to Operations Supervisor in the Leak Survey Areas that appear at risk of not completing by the scheduled date.Creates and maintains the Region’s Picarro Surveyor™ schedule and Picarro Driver schedule.Verifies SAP scheduled survey work orders have been created and dispatched.Downloads and reviews surveys completed with Picarro Surveyor™ to determine coverage level.Identifies and schedules additional runs of survey area as required to optimize Picarro Surveyor™ coverage.Reviews coverage and identifies whether Gap Survey work order is required and dispatches, if necessary.Assigns Leak Indication Search Area to technicians and ensures SAP investigate work orders have been created and dispatched.Notifies supervisor of completed work status and provides work/resource management reports for Supervisor to direct resources.Reviews completed surveys/work orders for accuracy, DOT compliance, and documentation completeness; returns incomplete documents for correction and follow-up; makes changes or corrections to assure reliability of data. Forwards to BPO for completion in SAP or completes survey work orders in SAP, including attaching Picarro survey maps, gap survey maps, and equipment calibration logs.Maintains filing system for completed work orders.Queries GIS mapping system to produce survey maps, updates survey polygons and attributes, and extracts reports to update survey equipment in SAP.Collaborate with BPO to update equipment records and maintenance plans as needed.Demonstrates commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Code, and other Company policies and procedures, and take all required training courses. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar, and spelling.Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the SAP ESD module and GIS mapping system. Must have a working knowledge of work order creation, equipment records management, and facility map printing.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
