Join the Most Magical Kids’ Dental Team in El Dorado Hills!

Magic Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in El Dorado Hills, CA, is seeking a compassionate, high-energy Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our established, patient-focused team! From the top-tier technology we use down to the color of pens at the front desk, we put thought into every single detail because the patient experience is the most important part of what we do. If you are looking for a long-term clinical home with a transparent pathway to partnership and mentorship, your chair is waiting!

We’re all parents here, so we treat every child with the highest-quality materials and proven technology available. Because baby teeth guide permanent teeth until ages 11, 12, or 13, taking care of them early sets children up for a lifetime of great dental health and confidence! When kids have healthy smiles, they perform better in school, smile more, laugh more, and build lifelong positive attitudes toward oral care.

Our goal is to be the most fun kids' dentist in El Dorado Hills! We work hard to make going to the dentist a truly magical experience:

• Child-Centric Lobby: Filled with toys, a coloring station, and movies to draw children in and put them at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
• Entertainment in Every Bay: Our hygiene rooms feature three open bays, each equipped with a personal overhead television so every patient can watch a movie of their choice during their check-up.
• Rewards & High-Fives: Every visit ends with kids choosing prizes to celebrate their healthy habits!

• Partnership Trajectory: Clear, transparent pathway to practice ownership with structured executive mentorship.
• Modern Facility: State-of-the-art pediatric equipment, advanced digital workflows, and top-tier materials.
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule with no weekend shifts.
• Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a skilled, highly supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

• Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide gentle, evidence-based pediatric care using top-tier technology and conservative, child-friendly treatment techniques.
• Behavior Guidance & Sedation: Utilize advanced behavior guidance, Nitrous Oxide (N2O), and sedation options to deliver anxiety-free appointments.
• Parent & Patient Education: Partner with parents to teach habits that build positive long-term attitudes toward oral hygiene.
• Practice Leadership: Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless daily patient flow and maintain a comforting, fun environment.

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Specialty Certificate: Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program.
• Board Status: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) California Dental License.
• Certifications: Current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Mindset: Outstanding bedside manner, exceptional communication with children and parents, and a deep commitment to patient-first care.

• Top-Tier Earnings: Daily guarantee of $1,250/day or up to 32% net production (whichever is greater).
• Health & Wellness: Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
• Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with aggressive company match.
• Professional Support: Annual CE stipend and full coverage for professional association dues (AAPD, ADA).
• Financial Protection: Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and EAP coverage.
