Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor:

• Supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service within the established speed of service guidelines while consistently adhering to quality, service and cleanliness standards during every shift.
• Ensure orders are taken and delivered in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner with a smile.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and to the guest's satisfaction.
• Assist with profit and loss management by maintaining inventory and managing labor costs while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.

Minimum Requirements for a Shift Supervisor:

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work a flexible schedule
