The Seibold Laboratory at National Jewish Health is seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatics Analyst III to help advance groundbreaking research into the early-life origins of childhood asthma. As part of the NIH-funded PRIMERO Birth Cohort Study, this role will work with one of the most comprehensive pediatric asthma datasets available, integrating molecular, genetic and clinical data to better understand how asthma develops during childhood.

The successful candidate will lead analyses of cutting-edge multi-omic datasets, including single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics and genetic data. This position offers the opportunity to develop innovative computational approaches, generate novel biological insights and contribute directly to high-impact scientific publications and presentations.

Working within a highly collaborative team of researchers, clinicians, computational biologists and statisticians, the Bioinformatics Analyst II will play a key role in identifying disease mechanisms, uncovering new hypotheses and shaping the future direction of asthma research.

This is a fully computational position with no laboratory responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about applying bioinformatics, genomics and data science to answer important questions in human health and disease.
